Subscriptions and refunds
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically after the 14-day trial. Cancellation stops the next renewal. The first payment may be fully refunded within 14 days with cancellation; statutory rights remain unaffected.
Subscription and billing
In the app, open the profile menu, then "Subscription and billing". On your phone, this is also in the "More" menu. Choose your company if you have more than one. "Change plan" and "Cancel subscription" appear at the top of the page. These actions are available to the company owner.
Cancel anytime. Your current paid or trial access continues until its end date.
Upgrades in the same billing period start after confirmation. Downgrades and billing-period changes start at the next renewal. Review the exact amount before confirming.
