Does every musician pay?
Band / Band Plus / Studio: No. The company pays for the subscription. Invited admins and members use the product at no additional charge within its limits.
What counts as a seat?
Band / Band Plus / Studio: One invited user takes one seat, even across two bands in the same company. A valid invitation reserves a seat. A musician card without an account does not count.
What happens after 14 days?
Band / Band Plus / Studio: Your free period starts after you complete subscription checkout. Unless you cancel, your first payment follows at the selected plan price.
How do I cancel?
Band / Band Plus / Studio: In the app, open the profile menu, then "Subscription and billing". On your phone, this is also in the "More" menu. Choose your company if you have more than one. "Change plan" and "Cancel subscription" appear at the top of the page. These actions are available to the company owner. Cancel anytime. Your current paid or trial access continues until its end date.
Can I pay annually?
Band / Band Plus / Studio: Yes. Pay for the year upfront at the price of ten monthly payments. Any eligible promotion applies to the annual price.
Do I need a separate mobile app?
No. StoryBand works in your phone or desktop browser. Sign in to see your gigs, lineup and payments.
Can I use a setlist for more than one show?
Yes. Save a setlist and use it for different events, adjusting the song order and sets for each performance.
